1 on 1 Coaching
How It Works:
1. Let Us Know Who You Are – Fill out a short questionnaire and schedule a phone call!
2. Phone Call – This will give you the opportunity to discuss with our head coach and owner, Becca, the questionnaire, your goals, and answer any questions you may have!
3. Meet Your Coach – You will then be assigned a coach based off of your current lifestyle and needs who will help you develop a specific approach to fit YOU!
4. Weekly Check Ins – You will have (minimum) 1x/week check ins with your coach to help go over your progress, re-evaluate your goals, reassess the approach, and make sure you are seeing the results you want!
5. Succeed! With this process, there is no other way!
