In my first 5 weeks of the challenge I lost 7lbs and 2% body fat. I loved the results so much that I didn’t want to end this journey there so I signed up for another 5 weeks . Totaling 10lbs lost. Weight loss wasn’t the only benefit. I started sleeping through the night and feeling rested in the morning, which I hadn’t felt in years. I also struggled with social anxiety/nervousness and I noticed that had subsided tremendously. I notice I am more outgoing and not afraid to talk to people like I was in the past.
My biggest take away would be that undereating is not the solution to weight loss. Within the first 2 weeks of starting my lifestyle nutrition , it was apparent to me how little I was eating. I havelways strived to be fit and physically active and thought I knew how to balance my diet with training . Feeling desperate to lose some extra fluff I fell into a trap of thinking eating less would get the results I desired. When the scale wouldn’t reflect my efforts I would cut my calories even more , only to spiral out of control for way too long.
Meeting Becca and joining this program helped repair my metabolism , body, mind and soul. I eat much more now while leaning out at the same time.
