I started with Lifestyle Nutrition during a 5-week challenge and continued on past it because I had put on some weight over the last several months and after seeing the success some of my fellow athletes had with tracking their food and Lifestyle Nutrition I wanted to give it a try.
Aside from the body-composition changes, I’ve also seen a huge increase in my performance in the gym, I have more energy, and I’ve been recovering so much better.
If you are hesitant, don’t be! Not only will they set you up for success with a plan for your goals but the support they give you along way is invaluable. You get advice on how much you should eat, getting enough sleep, what foods to cut down on and always words of encouragement. You will also gain an awareness of food and how it can make you feel.
