14 months ago I weighed my heaviest at 179 pounds, and not to mention I was injured, had poor eating habits, not enough water or sleep, and zero work/life balance.
Today, I am down 9% body-fat, I’m 166 pounds and I’m learning self-accountability with the nutrition. I’m still training hard, eating the veggies/protein…AND a side of pancakes once in a while!
Since I’ve started, not only has my body composition changed, but I’ve grown both mentally and physically. I’ve improved exponentially in all facets of my training in the gym and I’ve gained an overall sense of confidence both in and outside of the gym. I’m so proud of how far I’ve come and excited for what’s ahead as I continue to work on my goals. Lifestyle Nutrition, and my coach Becca, has provided me continuous and impeccable guidance. She’s held me accountable and never letting me settle when she knows I’m capable of more.
